Trynlee Careers provides digital, AI-generated services — tailored CVs, cover letters and interview preparation guides. Because these documents are produced instantly and delivered to you the moment your purchase is confirmed, refunds are handled with the nature of a digital product in mind.
Digital, instantly-generated products
Every purchase on Trynlee unlocks an AI generation that runs immediately after payment. As a result, refunds are generally not available once a generation has started or has been delivered to your account.
Verified technical issues
If you have been charged but did not receive your generation because of a verified technical issue on our side, please contact support. We will investigate, and where the issue is confirmed we will either re-run your generation at no cost or issue a refund.
Duplicate charges
Duplicate charges caused by payment processing errors will be refunded in full once verified with our payment provider.
How to request a refund
Email hello@trynlee.com with your account email and the date of purchase. Every refund request is reviewed individually and on its own merits.
Consumer protection
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including the South African Consumer Protection Act where it applies. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded by law.
